Afghani Chicken Tikka
Juicy chicken chunks marinated in cream, cashew paste, and spices, grilled to perfection using premium mustard oil.
Ingredients Required
- 500g Chicken boneless
- 1/2 cup Cream / Malai
- 1/4 cup Cashew paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Behtreen Mustard Oil
- Chaot masala & Mint leaves
Preparation Method
- Marinate chicken with lemon juice, salt, ginger-garlic paste, cream, and cashew paste.
- Pour in Behtreen Mustard oil and mix well. Rest for 2 hours.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill or bake at 200Β°C for 20 minutes, basting with oil halfway.
- Garnish with chaat masala and serve.
