Dahi Kebab Recipe
Crispy outside, melt-in-mouth inside vegetarian kebabs made with hung curd and cooked to perfection in cold-pressed mustard oil.
Ingredients Required
- 1 cup Hung Curd
- 1/2 cup Paneer (grated)
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- Salt & Spices
- Behtreen Mustard Oil for shallow frying
Preparation Method
- Mix hung curd, paneer, onions, ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, and spices in a bowl.
- Shape them into small round patties.
- Heat Behtreen Mustard Oil in a pan for shallow frying.
- Fry the kebabs until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
