Handi Mutton with Pure Mustard Oil
A rich, slow-cooked mutton curry prepared in a clay pot using authentic Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil for a signature earthy flavor.
Ingredients Required
- 750g Mutton
- 1/2 cup Behtreen Mustard Oil
- 3 large Onions (sliced)
- 1 head Garlic (crushed)
- 1 inch Ginger
- Clay Handi/Pot
- Whole Spices & Powdered Masalas
Preparation Method
- Marinate mutton with raw mustard oil, garlic paste, ginger, onions, and all spices.
- Add marinated mutton into a clay handi. Seal the lid with wheat dough.
- Cook on very low flame (charcoal or gas) for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Open the seal, stir well, and check meat tenderness.
- Serve hot with Naan or rice.
